The standard Amosys software subscription plan – for those of you who find the available set of features optimal and working for your dental laboratory
Tailor made Amosys software on subscription base – Amosys software with individual solutions and modifications related to workflow specifics in the laboratory. As we know that not always one size fits all is the best approach for each dental lab we are ready to discuss the possibilities. Contact us!
No initial investment and no need for permanent contracts. You can pay with monthly installments or an annual subscription. If you need more space, you can increase your space plan, with prices starting at €15/month for 20 GB of space.

How will AMOSYS help my lab?
One of the advantages of AMOSYS is the access to data anytime and anywhere.
You can easily check the progress of orders in your laboratory and distribute them among your employees. At any moment, you know which dental technician is working on what product and the deadlines.
AMOSYS keeps your confidential information safe, so you choose the access level for your employees.
When you connect the profiles of the laboratory and the dental practices, you will receive the order data directly in the interactive calendar of the laboratory and will improve the time for information exchange with the dental practices and reduce the risk of errors.
Can I lose my data and how can I access the software?
Cloud service capabilities are the reason AMOSYS is a secure choice for your lab. Apart from the fact that there is no need for installation, cloud-based software automatically backs up data on servers in different places, so in case your computer breaks down, this will not mean data loss.
There is no operating system restriction to access the software. All you need is a browser and an internet connection. Link to the software: https://app.amosys.eu
Some of the dental practices I work with do not use the software, what should I do?
AMOSYS allows you to send an invitation to register to the dental practices that are not yet registered, directly through your account as a local administrator.
In case the dental practice you work with decides not to use the software at the moment, AMOSYS gives you the opportunity to enter the orders by yourself through the function which is called “Passive Practice”. Add “Passive Practices” through your dental technician profile from the “Clients” menu.
How to register?
To register, go to https://app.amosys.eu/sign-up or click the “Log in” button on the AMOSYS website and then click on the “New Registration” button.
What are the steps to get started with the software?
To take advantage of the full potential of AMOSYS software, dental practices must be added to your profiles. The software offers two options:
1. Dental practices that work with you, need to register at https://app.amosys.eu/sign-up and send you orders and/or
2. Through the “Passive Practice” function, you can create your own orders. Add “Passive Practice” by yourself through your dental technician profile from the “Clients” menu.
3. In order to be able to receive and create orders, you must fill in the warranty (in months) and the price of the products you offer in the “Products” menu. If you do not offer a warranty for a product, you must fill in ‘0’ in the ‘Warranty’ column.
4. You can request a free live demonstration which is about 30-45 minutes long.
What are the payment methods?
The software is provided for use after payment of the specified subscription fee according to your chosen plan;

What happens if I stop paying for the service?
Payments are made on a specific date of the month. If you do not pay on the relevant date, you will receive a notification, after which you have 7 days to make the payment. After the expiration date, access to the software will be suspended.
If payment is not received within 14 days after the suspension, the contract is terminated and the data from the profile is deleted permanently.
I want to cancel your service. How can I get the data from my profile?
You can take advantage of the functionality embedded in the “Orders”, “Attendance Form”, “Documents”, “Receipts and Payments”, “Balance” menus.
There you will find the “EXPORT” button.
This way, you can download the data for your laboratory to your computer.
Can I print the order details?
When the order is ready to print, right-click on the page and select the “Print” option. Make sure your computer is connected to the printer, and press the “Print” button to start printing. In the advanced settings you will find an option to print all the information on one sheet.
